A-Frame Cabin Variations

We've designed our A-Frame cabin kit to allow a number of different looks in a single kit. It turns out that a number of modelers have purchased two kits for their large layouts so they can add interest to their mountain or forest scenes. Fortunately, we've made it easy to make these look very different.

All the photos above are of a single model, but should give you a lot of ideas on how you can change this model to achieve the look you want.

Here are some of the variations you can achieve with this kit

Dormer: With and without a dormer. Notice how much of a difference the lack of a dormer makes to the appearance of this kit.
Front vs. Back: Both the "front" and the back of this cabin have stairs, which means you could build a version where the deck is toward the back of the layout, or you could remove the deck all together (not shown here).
Desk Stairs: The stairs on the deck can be on either side of the deck. These photos show a single model, so the steps are on the same side in each photo.
